Rick Heidick, Del Peterson and Jim Hunt just returned from training session in Nicaragua
conducted by Opportunity International
May have an opportunity to partner with OI on continuing projects

Community Center for Village in Nicaragua
White Bear Lake club is seeking partners for a project to put a roof on a basketball court
Labor is being provided by local unions, but need money for materials
$35,000 overall budget, $15,000 for roof steel
Referred to Margie Horning for grant consideration

Canisters are being distributed to club members to collect spare change for the Rotary Foundation
