Work experience: In his 32 years in the media industry, Jon has shot video projects in all 50 States and over 18 foreign countries for agency, corporate and broadcast entities, including ABC, CBS, Fox News, Fox Sports, A & E, Showtime, History Channel, SAT-1 (German TV), BBC, Discovery Channel, PBS, Discovery Health, Travel Channel, and many more. 

He has taught as an adjunct instructor Advanced Field Lighting and Field Audio Production and Post-Production at the Minnesota School of Business Digital Video School as well as Media and SocietyScriptwriting and Story Structure at the University of Northwestern-St. Paul.

Interesting Projects: Jon built the sets, did the lighting and shot almost 100% of the 1996 Perot for President campaign.  He also shot the original "Jay Jay the Jet Plane" series before it became real-time animation. He has taped dozens of movie stars, sports figures and musical artists.

Education: B.A. in Communication Arts (1982) from Texas Lutheran University and a Master of Science degree (1994) from the University of North Texas.

Awards: Multiple awards for his videography, including five nationally recognized Telly® Awards

Other Skills: Green screen, miniatures, Jib/crane work, car mounts, licensed Private Pilot and Drone Pilot.  Jon also taught a CFR Part 107 Drone class as an adjunct instructor at the University of Northwestern-St. Paul
